Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience or ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. Must be comfortable with approximately 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient caseload.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; clinical supervision provided per state regulations.
• Flexible scheduling required.
