Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oregon State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Previous experience with restorative care programs and transfers/ambulation techniques preferred.
