Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract (#440804)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Experience with geriatric populations and restorative care preferred.
  • Ability to follow PT plans of care and document progress in electronic medical records.

  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Shift pattern: 5x8.
  • Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
