Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Maryland license required to start the assignment. Maryland does not accept compact license for this position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred; HCHB preferred but not required.
- Ability to meet productivity benchmark of 32 productivity points per week as required by the client.
- Experience providing services under a Physical Therapist’s plan of treatment, including reporting progress, assisting with adaptive equipment, and maintaining required documentation.
