Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Mexico PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work 5 days per week and provide skilled PTA services per facility protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall-risk/reduction interventions preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Workweek: 5x8 schedule.
