Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Mexico PTA license required prior to start.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and restorative programs preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Work days include Sunday through Saturday scheduling coverage as needed.
• Typical weekly guaranteed hours: 35.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
