Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Mexico PTA license required prior to start.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and restorative programs preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work days include Sunday through Saturday scheduling coverage as needed.
- Typical weekly guaranteed hours: 35.
- May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
