Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Hampshire PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience providing rehabilitative care to medically complex or geriatric populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, gait training, and ADL retraining preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Meal break: 30 minutes.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
