Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, including internet, e-mail, navigation of computer desktop, files, windows, navigation buttons, tool bars, online HR services, and online training programs.

Assignment Details

• Home visits and periodic office meetings are required.
