Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 1 year of home health or VNA experience.
- Active Massachusetts license required.
Assignment Details
- Shift schedule: M-F.
- No on call or weekend rotation.
- EMR: Axxess.
- Scheduling is managed by the client’s internal scheduling team.
