Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
- Setting: Outpatient clinic.
- Caseload includes general ortho involving hips, knees, shoulders, back, and neck, with occasional neuro/CVA.
- Typically 8–12 patients per day.
- Evaluations are 60 minutes.
- Follow-up visits are 45 minutes.
- EMR: WebPT.
- No weekends or call.
- Clinic closed on holidays.
