Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract (#441060)

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
  • Active Michigan state license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • One (1) year of speech-language pathology experience in a health setting is required (client-specific requirement).
  • Reliable personal transportation and telephone required (client-specific requirement).
  • Sufficient physical endurance to meet job demands, including in-home service delivery (client-specific requirement).
  • Knowledge of normal communication processes, development, and disorders to evaluate clients and implement approved treatment techniques (client-specific requirement).
  • Preferred: Additional experience with in-home speech-language pathology services is preferred.

  • Scheduled Hours Per Week: 40.
  • Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
  • Position Type: In-home speech-language pathology services under general supervision of the therapy manager.
