Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Arizona SLP license
• Comfort treating residents in locked behavioral units

Assignment Details

• Full time schedule
• Monday-Friday
• Daytime hours with some flexibility
• Skilled nursing and post-acute setting
• Patient population includes dysphagia, cognitive deficits, communication deficits, speech/language disorders, and other medically related communication and swallowing needs
